Affiliate marketing has emerged as a lucrative strategy for earning income online, providing individuals and companies an avenue to promote products or services and receive commissions for generated sales. It’s also one of the safest ways of making money online. You literally don’t have to spend a single penny to start making sales and earning money. Unlike trading forex where most people have to lose tens of thousands before they become profitable. However, standing out in a crowded market and driving significant sales requires strategic planning and execution.
I myself used to be an affiliate marketer for many years before I even knew what forex was. This is also how I made my first “big” money, selling products as an affiliate between the ages of 16-22. So I have a lot of experience in this industry and a lot of tips I can share with you to help you maximize your profits promoting FXD products.

The truth about affiliate marketing in forex
It’s actually not that easy to be an affiliate in the forex or trading industry unless you already have a decent following on social media or a website. What I used to specialize in during my affiliate days was affiliate SEO. I would create niche websites and have them rank high on Google, this allowed me to generate huge numbers of sales without much effort and the money would flow passively. You can’t really do that in forex unless you’re willing to spend thousands of $ to have your website rank on Google just because this industry is so big and saturated.
Another thing is, people in the forex space are not actually looking to learn the skill of trading. They’re looking for the “holy grail” or something that resembles a “get rich quick scheme”. This prompts an issue if you’re trying to promote a course or an ebook. So promoting signals may generate more sales as it gets people in the “I’ll take your signals and become a millionaire” mentality. Which is obviously a stupid mentality but unfortunately that’s how most people’s minds work.
Also there are millions of videos and articles online that teach you how to trade for free, so why would people want to spend money on education that’s already available out there for free? Well, that is true but you’d actually be surprised. If someone actually takes trading seriously and they do want to learn they would rather spend money on a course which may contain the same information you can find on youtube for free, but them paying for the same education gives them the illusion of more value and that they actually have to learn now because they paid for it. Although the FXD courses are unique I’m just stating this in general.
Finding these people is a little bit harder, that’s why I believe you will have more luck promoting our signals. Which isn’t a bad thing, if the people you refer stay subscribed for a long time, you will earn a commission each month for as long as they stay with us. Although getting a commission for our courses may give you a better single sale profit, in the long run it’s definitely in your best interest to focus on promoting signals.

How to promote products as an affiliate in forex?
Before I tell you what I think is the best way to promote our products I just want to say you are free to use any strategies you want. If you have a friend that’s interested in one of our products, send them your affiliate link and make some money in the process. If you have an email list, send them an email. If you have a social media account or a website that’s in a different niche, still promote it there and see if it works. There’s literally a million ways in which you could find a customer.
I assume most people who are reading this, don’t have a website or a dedicated social media account about forex/trading or any other source of traffic. If you do then you probably don’t need to read this, but if you don’t, that’s fine. I will show you what I think is the best and cost free way of promoting our products.
In the current year and age, short format content is what works the best. Instagram reels and TikTok videos. You can create a brand new account, or use your existing one and just start posting videos. It will take some time for the algorithms to figure out your audience so make sure if you do start posting, you stay consistent and post every single day. Or at least pick 3-4 days and keep posting on these days every week. You just need 1 or 2 of your videos to go viral, this will bring you the followers, likes and clicks to dramatically boost your future sales. All you need is a smart phone and some creativity.
Okay but what do I put in my videos?
You can post anything related to forex, trading or investing to attract the audience who may be interested in our products. Find videos that already went viral and just copy them. Don’t copy them as your own, but record the same style video yourself, write a similar description or use the same captions, copy the hashtags etc.
Here’s some idea:
- Motivation videos – find free stock videos and add a motivational sound to them.
- Analysis videos – show your screen and how you analyze the charts.
- Educational videos – mention something people can learn and engage with you.
- Shoft format videos (under 10 seconds) – these types of videos have to be quick and catchy, with catchy captions or voiceover, trending audio etc.
The general rule of thumb is to find trending audio, use a catchy caption or voiceover and use a decent quality video. Again, find videos that already gained a high number of views and copy them.
Which products do I promote?
First things first, I suggest you go through all our products here and familiarize yourself with what we have to offer. When you sign up as our affiliate you get a unique affiliate link. Your main affiliate link points to our website’s homepage where a user can purchase a course or signals from. If you wish to have a user visit a different page from your affiliate link you can generate a new affiliate link in your affiliate dashboard or simply add “?aff=YourID” to the page you want to link to.
Which products should you promote? I suggest you either stick with the homepage link or direct users to our free articles or quizzes where they can learn for free. You’re probably wondering how you’re gonna make money if you promote our free education? Well it comes down to building authority, most people you refer, they don’t know who or what FXD is and they may not even know who you are, how are they supposed to spend money if they don’t know you. That’s why you want to build trust with the people you refer.
Anyone you refer to our website will receive a “cookie” with a 60 days expiration date. This means once they visit our website they have 60 days to make a purchase and for you to receive a commission. Once they make the first purchase, they will become your lifetime client so even if they buy something else a year later, you will still get a percentage of that sale.
That’s why if you refer people to our blog or quiz page you will allow them to explore our free educational content and build the trust and authority for that person to eventually make a purchase for our premium education or signals. You can even link to our tools which are avaiable under the “Tools” menu, these tools might make your referrals keep coming back to use them and explore other features of our website.
Signals and our “Flipping small accounts 101” ebook may be the only products worth linking to directly as they fall into the “get rich quick” mentality and present the offer of making money now so these product may have a much better conversion rate than our courses. But it all depends on the type of audience you’re attracting.
